Broad coverage of insured risks

Choose from three property insurance coverage options – basic, extended or comprehensive. Depending on the coverage you choose, your policy may include the following risks.

We will compensate for damage to your home caused by storm, flood, hail, heavy rain, heavy snow and earthquake, if precipitation penetrates the insured property or if a tree, including a branch, pole, post or other similar structure, falls on your home.

We will compensate you if the fire was caused by the careless handling of fire, by damaged electrical wiring, or by a chimney that has been incorrectly set up or used, a lightning strike or explosion.

We will compensate you for liquid and steam leaks from indoor and outdoor utility lines, even if the damage is due to age and corrosion. If you are a flat owner and your home was flooded by an upper flat, we will also pay for this damage.

We will compensate you for damage to your home caused by the actions or inactions of the insured, the policyholder, a related party or a third party. The exception is a malicious act.

We will compensate you for damage to your home caused by burglary, robbery or malicious damage.

We will compensate you if a land vehicle driven by the insured, the insured person or a third party causes damage to your home.

We will compensate you for damage to or destruction of the home caused by a power supply outage, such as a power failure, voltage deviation, sudden voltage drop or overvoltage.
